We most often recommend silicone or silicate paints due to their high vapor permeability and resistance to weathering. In heavily loaded areas, we add a structural or quartz system for greater mechanical durability.
How long does it take for the coating to dry and when can it be washed?
Surface drying occurs in 2 to 4 hours depending on conditions, and full strength is reached in 7 days. Light washing with water is possible after complete curing. We recommend avoiding aggressive cleaning in the first 2 weeks.

Yes, priming is key for adhesion and even absorption. Hydrophobic protection is not mandatory, but it greatly facilitates maintenance and reduces the risk of stains and contamination, especially in more heavily used areas.
